Refund policy

At Xagon Clothing Solutions, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items in accordance with our policy outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Cosplay items and custom orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

2.3 Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund for defective or damaged items at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

  • Provide your order number, details of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3.2 Return Authorization

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your items.

3.3 Shipping Your Return

  • Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package using a traceable and insured shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as Xagon Clothing Solutions is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

5.2 Deductions

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
  • If the returned items do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return.
