Xagon Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • High Volume Periods: During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Shipping Cost: ₹50 for orders below ₹500, free for orders ₹500 and above
  • Express Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Shipping Cost: ₹150 for all orders

3. International Shipping

  • Availability: Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping options.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Address
